About We By Me High Performance Training

The WE BY ME team training puts the focus on the power of the individual. Teamwork starts with you! With top sport and ocean sailing as a metaphor, we motivate and inspire teams and business managers. The focus on individual goals and talent creates the feeling of ownership within team members and that results in pro-active thinking and high performance.

In this training we work towards our goal in four steps: Step 1: Motivation and values of each individual Step 2: To inventory what is necessary to come to achieve what we want to achieve Step 3: Divide the task at hand by talent and motivation Step 4: High performing through storming

The training consists of active exercises, all of them linked to sailing. The training can be given within a company, on a special location or at sea on a race yacht.

Duration of the training is 1 day

The training is for: - Team managers - HR workers - Project managers and teams - Existing teams seeking to become the best
