we are leaders. is opgericht door Dana Jiménez Herrera, ervaren docent, trainer en onderzoeker in hospitality leadership en veerkracht. Met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring in onderwijs, leiderschapsontwikkeling en onderzoek (o.a. Hotelschool The Hague) en ruim 1.000 opgeleide jonge professionals, weten wij wat nodig is om talent te laten groeien én blijven.

With over 10 years of experience in education, leadership development, and research (including Hotelschool The Hague) and more than 1,000 trained young professionals, we know what it takes to help talent grow — and stay.
