About VvE's Met Energie

Since 2012, VvE's Met Energie has been working on a program in which members of owners'​ associations are encouraged and challenged to make their building more sustainable. In recent years we have built up expertise about the planning process and what this requires from VvEs and advisers. In doing so, we have gained new insights into the way of calculating energy savings and financing, the way in which we collaborate and which professional expertises are required. VME develops integral plans for energy 0 upgrades of owners’ association’s buildings. Technical performance requirements linked to improvement of spatial quality informed by inhabitant’s knowledge. Hereby positioning energy transition as a driver for improving the city, the owners’ association as a promising player and architecture as an indispensable discipline for an integrated approach.
