VROG is a unique 3000m2 urban sport venue in the heart of Amsterdam, in an old tunnel on Mr Visserplein, next to Waterlooplein.

VROG offers trampoline facilities, daily freerunning/parkour training for all ages, urban dance classes ( Kpop and breakdance) and run parties and events for kids and groups.

VROG also hosts sport programs for schools, daycare centres and companies.
