About Vondelgym

Vondelgym is een gym met vestigingen in Amsterdam en Rotterdam, waar afwisseling in het sporten en professionele begeleiding centraal staan.

Onze leden combineren krachttraining, Hyrox, CrossFit (met officiële licentie), bootcamps, running, yoga, (kick)boksen, pilates en fitness — allemaal onder één dak.

We organiseren regelmatig lezingen en workshops over training, techniek, voeding en gezondheid, zodat onze community altijd vooroploopt in kennis en motivatie.

💼 Ook bedrijven trainen bij ons! We verzorgen bedrijfsfitness en teamtrainingen op maat — ideaal voor vitaliteit en teambuilding.

We regularly host lectures and workshops on training, technique, nutrition and health, helping our community stay inspired and informed.
