Since 1969, Vlukon BV has been engineering precision metal rims and tailor-made wheel systems for industrial and agricultural applications. From our plant in Vaals (NL) we design, press, weld, machine and coat every component in-house — ensuring quality, flexibility and short lead times.

Our products range from pneumatic and industrial tyres with standard or custom-made steel rims (4″–16″) with complete hub assemblies, axles, flanges, and knuckels. Each solution is developed in partnership with OEMs and system integrators to match exact technical requirements from load capacity to corrosion resistance and colour finish.

Vlukon supplies sectors such as agriculture, intralogistics, robotics, urban mobility, trailers & caravans, and ground-support equipment. Our “Made 2 Measure” approach combines 3D design, laser-cutting, and flexible batch production enabling quick prototyping and reliable series delivery across Europe.
