With over 17 years of experience in HR, including as Chief Human Resources Officer, I bring a unique combination of strategic insight, people expertise, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create lasting transformation. Today, I work with organizations in three complementary ways: 🔹 Interim HR Leadership – stepping in as HR Director, Manager to guide organizations through transitions, organizational change, and growth phases. 🔹 HR Advisory & Strategy – partnering with boards and executive teams to shape HR strategies that support business goals and people development. 🔹 Team Coaching & Facilitation – guiding teams to build trust, strengthen collaboration, and co-create a shared vision with actionable outcomes. 🔹 Executive & Leadership Coaching – supporting leaders one-on-one to gain clarity, unlock their potential, and make courageous, aligned decisions. My approach combines strategic thinking with creativity and embodiment – helping people not only think differently, but also feel and act differently. This is what turns insight into real change.
