In October 2017, Vitelco launched a new product line specially for professionals in hospitality and food service industries: ‘Vitelpro - Veal for professionals’. Vitelpro is the response to the growing demand for premium quality veal products.

Vitelco supplies white and rosé veal as well as young beef, but only the finest white coloured veal in top quality merits the Vitelpro name. In addition, a different, deluxe cut and packaging rightly distinguish Vitelpro from other veal products. There is growing demand worldwide in the hospitality and professional food service industries for smaller portions in very high quality. Vitelpro responds to this demand.

For Vitelpro, our veal specialists select the calves in advance for the right colour, weight and shape. Processing is followed by an exceptionally stringent final control on all these criteria. Everything that comes out of a Vitelpro case is guaranteed to be top quality. Stringent pre-selection and post-selection of the veal ensures we can offer you and your customers a consistently high quality product.

Vitelpro veal products are available to Vitelco’s global market. We have compiled a range of around 10 top products, including T-bone, ossobuco and veal bacon. Because we respond proactively to developments in the market, we expect to add new products to the Vitelpro range in the near future.
