About Vita2Move

Vita2Move has started the mission to improve the health of office workers. At Vita2Move we look at the possibilities of improvement within the working environment (ergonomics) and the sitting and moving behavior at individual and group level to reduce or prevent physical complaints.

Knowing that 95% of our behavior is unconscious, there is a lot to improve at our offices. We support and advise organizations in shaping their occupational health and safety policy and associated interventions, focusing on increasing vitality and sustainable employability. Our approach has a practical approach without woolly talks. We like to keep it simple and clear.

We help in creating a healthy "office lifestyle"​.
