Creative Consultancy | With more than 25 years of experience in Design Management and Design Operations in the corporate industry, Edward Tonino founded ViaTonino, offering creative services on a independent consultancy basis. His interest lies in coaching teams and individuals to reach their full creative potential and sharing his understanding of the creative process to facilitate innovation and transformation.

Design & Operations Management | Having managed international Design teams of up to 100 members in the Netherlands, Italy and Asia for more than 15 years, serving a variety of businesses, Edward Tonino has valuable insights to share. He has also conceptualised multiple new design studios, creating versatile and stimulating work environments where collaboration and creativity can thrive. Understanding how to create efficient teams and knowing how to run those teams operationally, with all processes and enabling conditions put well into place, Edward facilitates design management and operations with a high level of creativity and efficiency, based on solid bottom line financial outlines. Edward shares his expertise on a consultancy basis or as ad-interim manager on site.

Coaching & Team building | Edward has a track record of building strong, engaged and effective teams through applying tailor made processes and by energetically facilitating innovation and transformation processes. With a direct attitude, characterized as no-nonsense and honest, Edward is an effective facilitator for workshops, innovation and co-create sessions. Working with creative talents from all over the world, Edward was involved as coach in several coaching & mentoring programs and gained a deep understanding of the cultural dynamics of global teams. His people management skills were widely acknowledged and highly appreciated. He lectured at the Design Academy Eindhoven and gave guest lectures at design & art schools in the Netherlands, Singapore and Hong Kong.
