Veron and its subsidiaries have a long track record of building value through the full mortgage and bridging loan cycle. This is built on the cornerstone of delivering tailored client centric services which put the asset owner in control with jointly developed bespoke origination and servicing strategies delivering real added value. Veron has, and will continue to, exploit the lack of effective competition in the Dutch specialized mortgage and short-term bridging markets due to a shortage of specific expertise in these markets and a ‘one size fits all’ approach adopted by other players in the market.
