As a coach with more than 20 years of experience I’ve been lucky to be able to successfully coach more than 1500 professionals in their career. I love to help my coachees to become who they truly are and be the most effective and happy version of themselves, guiding them in fulfilling their goals and finding their purpose.

My coachees are talented professionals: ✪ exploring career options ✪ wanting to deal with struggles in their professional situation; ✪ professionals wanting to discover their personal strengths and untapped potential ✪ leaders and managers seeking to develop their leadership skills ✪ Wanting to overcome stress, overwhelm, difficult emotions, negative thinking and overthinking, longing to find sustainable inner peace and increase their resilience.

Being Dutch but born and raised in Geneva, attending International Schools makes me a third culture kid. This is at the root of my interest in human behavior, interpersonal and intercultural communications and cross-cultural collaboration. I have always been interested in what makes people tick and why they do or do not take ownership of their lives.
