We work for international and Dutch clients, with the emphasis on businesses in the trade and services sectors and industrial enterprises. We have both an advisory and a litigation practice. We give advice on Dutch law, and occupy ourselves with drawing up contracts and conducting proceedings before courts and arbitration tribunals throughout the Netherlands. Based on our many years’ international experience, we are aware of the problems, issues and wishes of international commerce.
