The real estate portfolio consists of more than 100 properties with 450+ tenants. Our mission is to enter into a long-term relationship with tenants by offering optimal service. In addition, Urban Industrial also provides financing for developments within our real estate segment.

The management, consisting of Jan Brouns, Arthur Verkerk and Richard Baltus, has years of experience and in-depth market and product knowledge. Furthermore, the Urban Industrial team consists of more than 20 enthusiastic professionals.
