Unpaved builds on 25 years experience in FMCG R&D of which >10 in Regulatory Affairs. Working almost a full decade on bringing digital transformation to managing compliance in an FMCG multinational. Sole proprietor Annemarie Haasnoot understands regulatory frameworks and how FMCG companies work. And she has a vast experience in writing functionals specifications for regulatory solutions.

Whether you need e.g. a 'single version of the truth' regulatory database, complicated algorithms to (semi) automate expert judgement, set-up templates to output regulatory documents for authorities or customers or link systems with other internal departments or external parties - Unpaved has done it before and has a thorough understanding what has to be done. It is important to realise there are many aspects that play in role in process change processes. The content part (understanding regulations, product specifications etc), the organisational element (working with other departments, governance), the people element (user involvement, engagement and training), the IT part (smooth handshakes, what information to use, what triggers a change) and the managerial part (set priorities, work with IT suppliers etc).
