The University of the Dutch Caribbean (UDC) in Curaçao has, for almost 25 years, offered courses at the HBO-Bachelor degree level, recognized by the Minister of Education & Culture of Curacao.

Next to that, The University of the Dutch Caribbean (UDC) has acquired a positive evaluation of the Dutch-Flemisch Accreditation Organisation (N.V.A.O.) in 2012 and again in june 2017 for the Bachelor of Business Administration with eight profiles and the Bachelor of Law .

The University of The Dutch Caribbean (UDC) has partnership with different ROCs (MBO-schools) and Universities of appeid science in the Netherlands, and universities in south America and the United States.
