United Sports Management (USM) is a sport agency focused on the economic interests of athletes around the world. To achieve its goals USM focuses on building strong network of partners, teams and associations. It was founded by Kingsley Ntim, who studied International Business & Financial management at University of applied science based in Amsterdam, and has various experiences in negotiating with athletes associations, players and coaches in Europe as well as North & South America. USM differential itself through highly competent individuals in the field of law, marketing, finance which in terms enable them to represent athletes within football market. Professional management in clubs is a phenomenon that is in constant growth. Based on that each player we represent is unique and different from the rest, we develop a personalized plan based on aims and individual objectives of the player. Moreover, USM also support players in various aspects such as, sports contract negotiations, player or coach transfers within national and international support, searching for new opportunities prior to the expiration of player contract and the planning of the end of your career. We work with experience agents within specific area across the world with, our mission is to obtain nothing but the best talented players in that region or area.
