UNIIQ is a €50 million investment fund for the earliest stages of innovation. The fund helps research-driven startups in South Holland bring their technology to market faster. Since its inception in 2016, UNIIQ has made 100 investments and helped startups secure €328 million in follow-on financing. More than 80% of UNIIQ startups raise follow-on investments within three years. UNIIQ offers startups seed capital in the form of a convertible loan, combined with intensive substantive and strategic guidance. In this way, the fund supports entrepreneurs in the riskiest phase of their development. 🎯 Who is it for? UNIIQ was founded by TU Delft, Erasmus MC, Leiden University, and InnovationQuarter, with Erasmus University and TNO as partners.
