There is a minority of only 5% necessary to lead a group of more than 200 people to a particular location (Jens Kraus en John Dyer). People are more likely to follow someone on a widely used route that has no idea where he or she is going to, than someone who confidently take the route where no one else is going. Like sheep in a herd. Not us….we are Unherd. We believe people are more important than the system and that they form the heart of the company, the DNA if you will.
