Unconscious Bias training beyond notions of "good or bad".

We are Fares Al Qadi & Julien Oomen and we host effective and dynamic trainings on Unconscious Bias & DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion).

Staying away from notions of 'right' and 'wrong', we acknowledge that we are all biased and that we can become (increasingly) aware of it. Awareness alone will not break the cycle however, and so we offer the tools to help overcome the biases that are identified.

For seven years now we’ve been facilitating this training, working with corporates, social enterprises and cultural and health institutions. Over time, we’ve continued to refine and expand our approach.

We also offer a follow-up session on NVC-based communication tools. This session begins where the bias workshop concludes, building on the critical skill of observation as a way to counter snap judgments. Participants learn to communicate more effectively in a psychologically safe environment, where the emphasis is on practice, learning, and growth rather than performance.
