The financial system was not designed for us, women. The evidence is everywhere: almost one billion unbanked, hundreds of millions more underbanked, locked inside a system that was never built to serve us. Una Financial Impact exists to change that. Not by patching what exists, but by designing what should have existed from the start. Everything I do is anchored in Inclusion by Design™, a framework that moves institutions from access to trust, with Gender by Default™ as the operating principle: gender in finance should be a conscious design choice, not an inherited assumption. I work with financial institutions, development organisations, SMEs and NGOs to design strategies that are structurally sound, gender-responsive, and built to be implemented, not just reported. On the community side, I am building Una® Circles, a digital tool for unbanked and underbanked communities who have always known how to pool resources, just never had the infrastructure to scale it.
