About UMHA
Our foundation Urgentie Milieu Hygiëne Afrika (Urgency Environmental Hygiene Africa) was initiated and founded in 2007, with its core members being African nationals who have come together to initiate projects for the development of the African nations. We have facilitated various projects in Africa namely Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria & Ghana focusing on hygienic water supply, sanitation, food security and sustainable energy. Our empowerment program in Kinshasa provides awareness of practical knowledge and use of technological solutions, encouraging locals to be self sustainable through employment.
