Tulip Oil Holding B.V. is a privately-held exploration and production operator. The Company operates assets in Germany and is owned by funds advised by GNRI, management and staff.

The Company was established in 2010. It was recognized early on that Germany and The Netherlands were the preferred locations to focus Tulip’s expertise given the remaining potential for maturing untapped reserves, the proximity to market and the stable and supportive fiscal regimes.

Tulip Oil Holding B.V. (TOH) has a fully controlled JV (90% holding) in Germany under Rhein Petroleum GmbH.

Tulip has built a portfolio with mostly onshore oil assets in Germany.

Tulip has discovered and produced from oil assets in Germany : Schwarzbach & Steig (100% RP) and Lauben (50% RP/ 50% Wintershalldea) and gas assets in the Netherlands (Donkerbroek and Hemrik fields).

In 2015, Tulip discovered the Q10-A field offshore in the Netherlands, in January 2018 FID was taken with gas operations commencing in February 2019.

In the summer of 2019, Rhein Petroleum had a significant discovery at the Steig-1 well and is working to develop this oil field.

Tulip Oil focuses on assets where it can add value by proving a safe, low cost and high value appraisal and development concept on the back of the highest quality subsurface, petroleum engineering and project delivery acumen.

Tulip Oil employs an outstanding team to work a strong portfolio of both onshore and offshore projects in both oil and gas at various stages of the Oil and Gas development cycle.
