About Tsjechisch Centrum Nederland

Czech Centre Rotterdam is a contributory organisation of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), established to promote the Czech Republic abroad. Czech Centers network is an active tool of Czech foreign policy within the field of public diplomacy which comprises of 24 centres around the world. Czech Centre Rotterdam, established in 1994, mediates a dialogue between Czech and Dutch society aiming for mutual enrichment in the fields of culture, science and education. Our activities consist mainly of organizing cultural events such as exhibitions, film screenings, concerts, or debates on different topics. In order to introduce attractive and interesting program all over the Netherlands, we often co-operate with various institutions, both Czech and Dutch, like i.e. festivals, libraries, museums, foundations, sister-cities, municipalities, etc.
