We do not think the current hiring market is fair and transparent. Hiring prices have gone up, however, the value per euro and the quality have not scaled proportional. Recruiters have high margins upto 20% or more which is disproportionate to the value delivered.

We are fed up and have therefore created a platform with a community model for freelancers and hiring managers without the intervention of other parties so that we can charge fair rates guarantee high quality and offer this for low and fair margins.
