TMB (True Modular Building) is an advanced, industrialised building system that uses a smart selection of standardised building components in various sizes and strengths. We rapidly constuct and deliver high-quality homes and apartment complexes.

The end products are complete buildings – such as ground-level homes or apartment complexes – for Build to Rent (BTR) market.

TMB adapts to every need and continuously innovates – upgrading components or designing new ones to meet evolving regulations, incorporate sustainable materials, or improve logistics.

I believe True Modular Building is decomposing buildings into simple interchangeable modules. Modularization combines the benefits of standardization, which drives economies of scale, with the ability to create different configurations. The main enabler of modularization is well-specified and stable standardized interfaces. To meet the demand for sustainable and innovative construction solutions, TMB created “Orange Kit” a combination of intelligent building systems comprising modular pre-manufactured, custom-made applications delivered just-in-time to the building site. This enables faster construction, reduced costs, more efficient use of raw material and fewer emissions. The ”Orange Kit” building approach, using building materials and components which can be used repeatedly, will help transform the construction sector from a source of greenhouse gas emissions to a carbon that stays stored in building components for generations.
