Tristo begeleidt statushouders en re-integratiekandidaten naar werk door praktijk en theorie te combineren, met de werkvloer als startpunt.
Vanaf dag één bouwen we aan ritme, werknemersvaardigheden en taal in de praktijk.
Kandidaten starten bij ons en ontwikkelen zich via echte werkzaamheden. Van daaruit stromen zij door naar werk bij reguliere werkgevers en waar nodig binnen Tristo zelf.
Met begeleiding en jobcoaching blijven we betrokken en sturen we op ontwikkeling en uitstroom.
