LC-MS authenticity testing Triskelion develops methods to quantify proteins specifically per animal species, using LC-MS. These methods are applied, for example, in targeted authenticity testing of (finished) food products, but also non-targeted approaches are applied after proteogenomic analysis of evolutionary divergence to evaluate database information and 'de novo'​ sequencing results.

Structure elucidation When you encounter an impurity in your pharmaceutical product or when there is an unknown batch contamination, Triskelion can help you with challenging structure elucidations and targeted and non-targeted screening.

Protein LC-MS The Triskelion general workflow for the development of quantitative protein LC-MS methods has been applied in many different pharma and food projects. Depending on the research question, a customized method can be compiled of the several available optimized method modules, or new modules can be developed.

Bioanalysis Quantitative and qualitative analysis of low- and high-molecular weight compounds, exogenous as well as endogenous, in biological matrices. Studies are performed according to EMA/FDA guidelines and/or GLP, using instrumental techniques or ligand binding assays.

Customized (data) analysis Besides customized analytical methodology, additionally specific data analysis solutions may be required. Triskelion can generate, process or mathematically transform data sets to extract the (hidden) information you are looking for.
