Young people from our organization have recognized the fact that this kind of web magazine is the most necessary to journalism students of this, but also all coming generations. With the realization of the project “Web magazine – Novinar.me”, a very efficient practice process started for many journalism students from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Some of our colleagues were journalism students themselves, and because of a lack of journalistic practice during their studies, they were left without journalistic fundamentals they needed later in their career. It was almost impossible to learn the needed principles of the profession, in order to realize journalistic work. This was especially visible in print media, where editors had no patience or means to invest in young staff members. Our magazine provides an opportunity to all journalism students that feel they could write a good, interesting article. The subjects of writing is not restrictive, but broad, going from politics, media, sport, to culture and entertainment, etc. The work of the web magazine includes all institutions of the four journalism faculties that exist in Bosnia, so the students fulfill the formal student practice by working for our web magazine.
