Van der Haas Transport was founded in 1954 by Johan van der Haas, transporting primarily agricultural products. In the 70's, van der Haas started specializing in transporting horticultural products. In 1994, Johan van der Haas retired and the second generation of Van der Haas continued to be at the wheel of the company.

With over 70 years of experience in the transportation business, skilful and motivated drivers, and good communication between management and the drivers Van der Haas Transport provides a very high service to its customers. The fleet of Van der Haas Transport consists of modern trucks equipped with the modern communication technologies including phone, black-boxes, GPS and data-communication.
