Verandering is een continue proces en essentieel voor de groei van een organisatie. Verandering leidt vaak tot weerstand, maar kan alleen succesvol zijn als het gedrag van mensen ook verandert. Mijn professionele en persoonlijke ervaringen in transitie, stellen mij in staat om organisaties op een effectieve en menselijke manier te ondersteunen in dit proces, waardoor zij in staat zijn om een stap te zetten naar verdere groei.

Change is a continuous process that contributes to the growth of an organization. Change often causes resistance and can only be successful if people’s behavior changes. Both my professional, and my personal experience in transition (management), allow me to effectively and warm-heartedly support organizations in going through this process to further enable them in their growth.
