Transact Risk Partners is a specialist underwriting team that provides transactional insurance solutions, namely Warranty and indemnity (W&I) and Tax Insurance.

Transact Risk Partners provides a tailored W&I solution focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across Europe, and now in the UK, through our tailored SME offering, Enzo. We understand that M&A processes, conventions and transaction risks differ from region to region - and our underwriting approach reflects this.

Tax Insurance can be provided with an M&A transaction or as a separate stand-alone liability. Given our in-house expertise and a wide network of tax advisors, we underwrite tax risks worldwide.
