Tourist Run Amsterdam offers sightseeing running tours in Amsterdam at an easy jogging pace. Objective is to enjoy the scenery, get information about the city, meet other people and exercise a little. Running is a good way to visit Amsterdam. The city is not too big. When you join our tours you do not have to worry about getting lost. The actual running speed will depend on the group. Sometimes we stop (traffic lights / a little story about the city / to take a photo). We offer standard tours which can be booked via our website. We have a nice route where we avoid as much a possible the busy roads, we go along the canals, across skinny bridge, straight through the red light district, Dam square, Anne Frank House, etc
