About Total Innovation Management Foundation

Total Innovation Management (TIM) Foundation is a not-for-profit organization. TIM Foundation maintains and develops a sustainable innovation management maturity model. The need for a structured, sustainable maturity model is felt around the globe. Gert Staal (director of the Board) is an educator and coach in innovation management with a practitioner’s background, who has launched products and services and has been process manager for innovation management. The maturity model helps organizations to achieve innovation excellence: innovate better, faster, cheaper and has been adopted by the Dutch national government for training innovation managers and assessing innovation capability.
