With our Toptimism @ Work Online academy we provide a full range of online courses and toolkits for all employees and managers that want to optimize their work & teamwork. On request we design tailormade programs for you and your team, with a mix of online learnings, online classes and /or offline workshops. We offer programs for employees with a focus on happiness, wellbeing and optimism at work, we offer result-oriented team development programs including attention for both the development of the team as well as personal development. And we offer a leadership Academy program for leaders and managers who want to inspire positive performance.
