I have a passion for developing people and organizations. I believe strongly in people and that they actually make (or break) an organization. An organization is not (just) the logo, the façade of a building or the cool office space. It is the people who talk with the customers, who shape the culture, who drive innovation and make the company successful. They are the spark in every organization.
