After working 11 years in the Danone Groupe in a diversity of commercial functions, Flora Vandehoek started her own consultancy- and interim business, TopFloor Consultancy, working for both B2C and B2B clients.

For the B2C market she is specialized in developing innovative concepts and bringing innovations to the market. She distinguishes herself with her knowledge of food, her knowledge of consumer behavior and her experience in marketing research. She prefers to do the qualitative research herself and advises her clients how to use qualitative and quantitative research for better decision making.

For B2B clients she advises on business development, marketing strategy, marketing research and organizes B2B events like seminars, round tables, workshops.
