Toeca International Company B.V., is a joint venture between Boekhoorn Beverages and Danone Group. Boekhoorn Beverages is part Boekhoorn M&A, one of the most successful private equity investment companies in the Netherlands. Danone Group, with headquarters in France and 100,000 employees in 150 countries, is a world leader in the food industry active in dairy products, bottled water, baby food and medical nutrition.
