About TNO - Rijswijk Centre for Sustainable Geo-energy
The RCSG was founded in 2019 as an open innovation centre for well technology focusing on well technology that enables the energy transition: geothermal, abandoning of existing wells, CCS and other forms of subsurface storage.
Large-scale experimental research on well technology is executed: new drilling techniques, cementing and plugging of wells, flow and transport of cuttings and fines, etc.
