Titan Real Estate Investment Management B.V. (“Titan”) is an independent management owned real estate investment management company with a focus on (multi-let) commercial real estate in the Netherlands. Titan provides investment and asset management services to institutional investors, private investors, family offices and high net worth individuals wishing to access the Dutch commercial real estate market. We are a specialist in the field of management intensive multi-let industrial and office real estate requiring active asset management in order to add value to the assets and currently have approximately €125 million assets under management on behalf of our clients which include institutional and private investors. We have a particular focus on the industrial sector and are generally recognised for our experience and track record in (multi-let) industrial investment analysis and asset management. We can provide stock sourcing and transaction management services on the basis of our broad network of contacts and consequently have the ability to identify and secure both on and off market opportunities. In addition, we undertake pro-active targeting of owners from institutional investors, fund/investment managers to (small) private investors and have established relationships with banks and other institutions where there may be distressed sales. We undertake strategic asset management on our clients’ assets with the main objective to maintain and enhance the assets’ income and value, whereby Titan is responsible for the overall performance of the assets through adding value and managing risk. We have an active asset management approach whereby our prime focus is on establishing and building long term relationships with our tenants.
