About Tilburg Debating Society Cicero

The Tilburg Debating Society Cicero offers students the opportunity to develop their debating skills, while stressing analysis, improvisation, and persuasive speech. Besides that, the society aims to stimulate and broaden debates on societally relevant themes. Cicero is also a social student association with a Dutch and an international branch. Every year, Cicero organises, amongst others, the largest debating competition in Noord-Brabant, being the Cicero Tournament, as well as a debating competition for high schools from Tilburg, called the Groot Tilburgs Scholieren Debat.
