Wij zijn TWB, de grootste thuiszorgorganisatie van West-Brabant. Wij ondersteunen circa 10.000 cliënten, jong en oud, in elke fase van het leven. Zo verlenen we onder meer huishoudelijke ondersteuning, dag- en thuisbegeleiding, wijkverpleging, gespecialiseerde zorg, jeugdgezondheidszorg en palliatieve zorg. Daarmee hebben wij dus alle kennis en ervaring in huis. Onze 2000 bevlogen professionals richten elke dag weer hun energie op wat voor cliënten echt belangrijk is: een zelfstandig leven thuis.
