Thriving Life is a leading mindfulness provider based in the Netherlands. We offer customized mindfulness based training programs with the intention to enhance individuals and organisations ability to thrive and perform.

Our mission is to facilitate your journey towards a thriving life, where you can lead yourself and others, be creative, achieve your goals and find a lasting sense of aliveness.

To us, living a thriving life includes, but goes beyond, fleeting moments of pleasure and happiness. To thrive is to feel whole, resilient and content no matter the ups and downs of life. To thrive is a skill we can all become better at; we can gain knowledge and self-awareness. We can learn healthy and flexible strategies for coping with stress and difficulties in life and we can create healthy habits for looking after ourselves and find balance and meaning in what we do. At Thriving Life, we use mindfulness to learn and practice all these skills.

Why mindfulness? Recent research in neuroscience has shown us, that our minds can be trained and shaped just like our bodies, enabling us to live more healthy, resilient and fulfilling lives. Mindfulness is an experiential neurocognitive training which enhances the brain's ability to be more present, more aware and more focused. All of which form the basis for a thriving life.
