We are Anna and Yiannis, expat psychologists based in Leiden, The Hague, and offering online services. We specialize in providing empathetic and effective psychological therapy to international (expat) children, adolescents, and adults.

Our training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, among other evidence-based approaches. We have extensive experience in treating a variety of psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, low self-esteem, autism, ADHD, aggression, life transition challenges, and expat-related concerns.
