The Yoga Church offers Vinyasa, slow flow, Yin, Nidra and Pilates classes. The classes are in small groups with a maximum of 8 students. This means that I can give a lot of individual attention and make sure that each student gets the maximum out of each class in a safe and responsible way.

When you come to the Yoga Church Amstelveen, you are not only a student of yoga, but also my guest. The studio is located at a beautiful serene location and we only use the highest quality materials.
