The Works is the holding company behind successful brands such as YoungCapital, YoungCapital NEXT, Jobbird.com and StudentJob. And it’s tech accelerator DASH. We’re the place to be for everyone who’s looking for work or needs people. Now, later, for a little while or the long haul. ’Cause when your name means ‘everything’, the possibilities are endless.

We combine passionate employees with the best technology and an entrepreneurial mindset. To bring together supply and demand at lightning speed and create a positive impact on the labour market. The result? Thousands of jobs filled each day and more than 2,000 employers and 50,000 people matched on a yearly basis.

Not bad for an idea that started 20 years ago. When Hugo de Koning, Bram Bosveld and Rogier Thewessen were looking for a side job. Unable to find one, they decided to start a platform of their own: StudentenWerk. A job board that grew into recruitment specialist YoungCapital and now The Works. As of today, we’re active in 10 European countries and have more than 1,300 employees.
