Additionally, it gives a space to host people's achievements in academic research and writing which often go unseen or unheard, preventing the building of digital dust. As much as it is easy to be discouraged by the pessimism of the media, there is still a lot to love about the world we live in. People, their societies and ideas are inspiring, and sometimes we need to take a step back and acknowledge what we have created. Not everything on The Tracks will be positive, but it will always be an honest reflection of the progress made so far.
