We chose to be a collective to give our clients the benefit of the broad network of professionals we know and trust. Whatever your people challenge may be, we have a collective colleague or collaborator who can help you solve it.

Our co-founders, Sahiba Watson and Hannah Raju are both Global Talent Acquisition leaders and have been part of the growth story of many major international digital, SaaS and tech businesses.
