My name: Ruben Willems. I believe in the power of effective collaboration. In the power of creativity and job satisfaction. This is what I see as the core: creative cooperation creates added value for everyone. It creates job satisfaction and the sincere feeling of having made a real contribution.

As The Sprint Caterer I facilitate workshops in which I motivate others to come to new insights.No long boring meetings, but focused and structured meetings. Whether it's a Design Sprint or a Business Model Workshop. Every workshop delivers results. Beforehand, we look together at which approach best suits the issue and the organisation.

Driven and focused we get to work. Depending on the type of workshop, the process takes from half a day to several weeks. I guide your team through the defined phases. Together, we map out the ideas and outcomes.
