The Spark Investments BV was founded by Kees Jan van Uchelen and Terence Bruyn early 2010. Our backgrounds as entrepreneurs are considered as key differentiators from classic M&A boutiques that seem to be filled with spreadsheet experts. Many entrepreneurs have excellent capabilities of growing their companies. However, when it comes to financing and structuring an acquisition transaction or selling their business (or a part of it), new dynamics are added to the game. We like to think that we are able to help entrepreneurs structure their thoughts, to nail down the points that really matter, and jointly devise an approach to successfully attract capital (debt and/or equity) and realize the next steps in business. Our extensive network of investors (all successful entrepreneurs) are at our disposal, to invest or to consult.
